Here’s the summary:
Guy uses his cell phone online in Canada.
He get’s quoted 0.002 CENTS.
His bill reflects 0.002 DOLLARS.
By the end of the recording, he’s talked to a rep, the supervisor AND the manager, all quoting 0.002 CENTS and saying that his bill is correct.
I have to say, this dude is patient, more patient than I would be.
