I’m older today.
Not that I feel it, and to be honest, I almost forgot about it.
How bad is that when you almost forget your own birthday?
I know I have a bad memory, but this bad?
I think I need help 😛
See, I didn’t wake up this morning thinking that it was my birthday, I woke up this morning ready to yell at Bell Canada.
I got a phone call from they yesterday asking that I call back. I call back. The ftard on the other end asks if my line was disconnected and if I was still a customer.
I tell him that I’m calling from that line and then ask him what the hell is going on.
He didn’t know, so I asked him to put me through to someone who did. They’ve all gone home and can I call back tomorrow morning.
Yes, thanks for nothing.
I call back this morning, and she states that on her screen it says that I’m paid in full and all is good. I thank her for the useful news.
Apparently, as of 8am yesterday, I wasn’t paid in full, and so they called. But that changed at noon. So I guess the question is, when I called at 5, why wasn’t I told this?
Whatever. I’m not going to do anything else until I get my next bill.
For my birthday I have nothing planned. Actually, that’s not true, I have to help my Dad move furniture around.
I suppose the fact that it’s 31 on the 31st means something important, not that I know why.
Crap, I’m 31…
My mother calls to wish me a happy birthday, and leaves an odd message(this is while I was on the phone with Bell):
It’s interesting to see that you’re growing older while I’m not.
What the hell does that mean? ?_?
