OK, so I’ve been on the receiving end of a layoff, and I might have actually been fired at one point(haven’t all that many jobs to be honest), but the person in the cube next to me, someone on my team, just got laid off, BUT they will be here till the end of next week.
I mean, it’s not like it’s something that I did, thank god, I would make the worst manager for this reason alone.
But now I kinda have to deal with it until the end of next week.
The worst part is that I’ve known about this for a couple of months now. And of course, you can’t say anything.
Anyway, awkward at best.
