It’s Wednesday.
Half way through the week.
God I’m bored.
Watched the Escaflowne Movie this week. It was a lot better than I had really expected. When they make movies that are supposed to sum up a TV series, it usually gets jumbled and confused and for some reason really artsy.
The movie was artsy, but not in a really obscure way, just in a nice way. Instead of summing up the story, it told it a different way. Now I haven’t seen a lot of the original series, but I saw enough to know that they changed it for the movie, and it really worked out well. The movie stands on it’s own without requiring a lot of explanation, which is nice.
Today I’ll see if I can rent Neon Genesis Evangelion: Death & Rebirth. I was gonna buy it, but I’m not so sure anymore. I’ll just rent it and watch it, cheaper that way ^_^.
