Alrighty!

OK, so both mortgage dudes called back, and I’m fully approved with both of them!
So now I just have to choose, which is cool, because I don’t have to make a final decision until, well, much after Tuesday.

The inspection is booked, the Lawyer is…lawyered, and all I have to do is walk around the place and ask silly questions until I’m happy with what I hear.

Woot!

I CAN FINALLY SLEEP NOW!

Actually, it hasn’t been that stressful, just stressful enough.

Now that I know I don’t have to haggle the price before Tuesday, all is good.

Now then, where did I put that Friday….
