I’m going away this weekend.
It’s nice to get away every now and again.
This weekend is the bustling metropolise of BraceBridge.

It’s been some time since I’ve been up there, and it will be nice to see everyone again.
We’ll probably drink some beer, play some games, and I might even get in a round of D&D if I’m lucky ^_^

ThanksGiving was a bit of a zoo, I think we had 14 people there.
There was my imediate family(4), my grandmother, my aunt and uncle from BC, my brothers fiancee’s imediate family(4, one boyfriend and a friend of a sister.
I think that’s 13…
It did warrent a kids table though, and that was kinda cool.
It was a good time, lots of food, a good number of laughs.
I guess these huge dinners are just something I’m going to have to get used to now that my family is going to be extended.
Christmas was more insane last year, but at least it was someone elses house.
I don’t know what it’s going to be like this year. Probably the same hugeness…

So I had the new site design done, and I’m starting to not like it.
I’m going with a slighly different style, maybe move some things around, and I’ll be adding the random quote thingy.
I found this great Fortune like php script, and I’ve been collecting fortune files. It’s pretty big, so I’ll see how it responds to an outside connection.
I might even have a random link thingy, depending on, well, how ambitious I feel. Maybe I’ll even set it so that other people can contribute.
But I’m thinking that’s sorta what the forum does.
Oh well, I might do it anyway just for kicks.

I saw some pics of the new VW Golf, the MK5, and I’m having mixed feelings about it.
I think it looks to Civic like, the tail-lights are an ugly round, I’m just not fussy about the radio-cd player-thingy.
Other than that, it’s not too bad. I suppose I’m just used to my car.
