Down payment
Have you ever planned anything and realise that you’re forgetting something?
Something big.
Something important.
But you just can’t put your finger on it?
How about the down payment cheque for a house? Sounds kinda important right? Yea, I thought so too.
Good thing the lawyer called me (imagine that, a lawyer remembering something money based) and mentioned how much I should be bringing.
Thanks!
Also!
Time for the weekly plug for the radio show.
I have a show tonight, here are the usual details.

Yeah, that would help…
Very much so.
They called, and the first thing that I could think of:
I wish they had told me earlier.
That was quickly followed by:
Idiot, you should have asked easlier.
Wouldn’t that be the suckiest of the sucky to screw up the house thing over something so simple.
I had it sorted out pretty early, but only because I was worried that I’d run into problems getting a certified cheque since my home branch is still in Belleville. (I didn’t).
Did the lawyer give you a checklist? That was way handy for me…
The Lawyer didn’t, but my real estate agent did.
Now, the big question is, where’s the list? ^_^
But (for real this time) I think I have everything covered.
The only crappy thing is that I’ll be without net service for about a week.
