OK, so the phone is hooked up.
Or at least that’s what they tell me.
No dial tone, and if you call the number, it states that it’s not in service.
So, I call Bell.
Bell tells me it might be a line problem (ya think?) and asks if I’m available all day tomorrow.
All day?
Yea, I’m unemployed, so I can stay at home as long as you need me.
No! I can’t stay at home all day, is there not a smaller time frame you can give me?
Noon to 6.
Well, that’s better. Not grea…wait, you just said you can’t guarentee that time?
Super.

Wonder if I can get a DSL connection with a tin can and string?
